Notice of Public Hearing - October 14, 2024

 

 

          NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Oak Grove City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 14, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 19900 Nightingale St NW, to accept public comment regarding certification of delinquent sewer usage/water usage and street light utilities and other charges on the tax rolls. All delinquent balances shall be charged an interest rate of ten percent (10%) to be certified to the county for collection with the payable 2025 property taxes.

 

All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and be heard on the matter, or to submit written materials prior to the meeting.
