- Mill and Overlay Projects (1.5” bituminous). Work includes concrete curb spot replacement, sidewalk pedestrian ramp replacement and roadway milling and repaving. Work is anticipated to begin in May.
- Zion Parkway NW (228th Ln NW to 225th Ln NW)
- 228th Ln NW (Zion Parkway to the end of the cul-de-sac)
- 225th Ln NW (Zion Parkway to the end of the cul-de-sac)
- Note: Additional Pond Development road segments may be added to the project.
The City is purposefully delaying improvements to the most northerly 1,500 feet of Zion Parkway NW. The City plans to solicit development proposals for the land of the former 8-acre wastewater treatment effluent pond.
